What are the complicating factors within the B2B buying process of this company?

For this assignment, you will select one of the companies you researched in the Unit III assignment. You will then compile a PowerPoint presentation that you could present to the officers of that company. The presentation will discuss the business-to-business (B2B) buying process, marketing mix, and complicating factors associated with B2B buying in that company. Imagine you are presenting to your company leaders. The presentation should include one slide introducing the company and then the following information.

  • What are the complicating factors within the B2B buying process of this company?
  • How does the high volume of sales complicate the buying process at this company?
  • What is the marketing mix for this company (4 Ps)?
  • How would you encourage efficient B2B buying at this company using the marketing mix?

Your PowerPoint presentation should be ten to twelve slides in length, not including the title and reference slides. As you create the content slides for you presentation, be sure to use the speaker notes function to explain the content in detail for each of the slides.

Note: Keep in mind the 6×6 PowerPoint rule: slides should only include six to seven lines of content with no more than six to seven words per line. Any illustrations should relate to the content discussed. Be creative!
